yeah still though, a motor cycle is like $1500 plus another $1500 to insure and you cant ride on sidewalks!! gopeds(mine cost me 40 bucks at a garage sale) cost nothing to operate and insure, there good for geting around town, these people are not smart for going around like this and blowing through stop signs, and the exhausts on them are retarded, it sounds like 100000 pissed of wasps in a can, at 130db!!
