Anyone who thinks gleaners suck clearly hasn't ever ran one. Sweet video, how big of head are you running? Noticed you have another couple feet of auger extension added on, is it still a close reach to the graincart with that head?
Could you reach at all before you added the 2 feet?? we are going to be running an R62 with a 30ft head this summer and im hoping we wont need to add the extension to unload on the go. Have been using 24ft heads and had no problems at all.
Sunflowers go by Hundred weight. And are measured by pounds, I guess you could measure it in tons, but the number would be in fractions and harder to keep track of. 2000 pounds/acre is considered a nice crop.
now do sunflowers naturally loose their leaves?

Thanks for the support. Yeah, we added 2 feet, but it is still a little tight with a 30 foot head. We still get it done.

New Holland TG285 pullin a Killbros 1000 bushel cart. We have since replaced it with a TG305, almost identical tractor with more power.
