@LaidGuy I agree and disagree :l I think they stayed very true to the original Halo: CE in the anniversary, and i had been wanting to play it on my 360 for a while. I really didn't like Halo 3 and personally think they should have left it at that, not to mention all this "Halo Wars" and ODST. I also think they should leave the story alone, its going to lose its appealing ambiguity.

I played the game in the original graphic mode... those little flashbacks movies are sickkk

halo1 shield lasted longer but had longer recharge time.  when they went to halo2, the shield was tiny but had faster recharge time. I much preferred the shields in Halo1 over 2.

did they record in only 360P because it's such a long video? the game is so sharp at the default resolution (and then youtube also has heavy compression on top of any recording compression).

no the sounds effects are all new as well. the comment in the video was wrong. check out youtube user HaloWaypoint to see videos showing the different sounds (comparing old to new).

Shield recharge has indeed sped up over the Halo games. At the start of Halo 2 when running diagnostics, the guy even says the new armour shields are faster than before.

@RekiWylls I think that's about right. They're probably raging that he didn't seem to know how useful a charged plasma pistol is with taking down enemy shields. Just use a charged shot, switch to another weapon (e.g. a human pistol), and drop the guy.
