  • Beautifully played. Sorry - I do not know English.

  • Love the sub-bass!

Still fixing up my pump organ. It's been a fun project.

  • What are you using to record? The quality of the sound is amazing.

  • I used 2 cheap condenser mics that I bought from Radio Shack for $50 over 25 years ago. I bypass the camera's audio and record directly to the computer at 48000kHz sampling. I find that when the auto level control of the cameras audio is bypassed the quality is so much better.

Say Rodney, I have contacted a seller on Craigslist who is selling a smaller model reed organ (it looks like a harmonium, such as a debian or an alexander) it is a Schiedmayer. Its bellows need replacement but everything else is in great condition. I have so far completely refurbished or "restored" a new Indian harmonium, and recently I completely fixed the bellows which had some leaks and the flaps over the air vent which were a bit deformed. What do you think?

  • If I had the room for a collection of harmoniums I think a Schiedmayer would be a nice addition no matter what size it is :)

  • Love the playing, as always, but I've just noticed that your swell and full-organ levers have draw-stop style labels on them. Nice design touch!

  • I'm impressed you noticed the new labels on the knee levers. I found another Berlin organ with the identical knee levers with the knobs still on them, so I duplicated them on my lathe. :)

  • Rodney,

Could only ave been greater if another verse and a bagpiper! Loved it.
