Lynyrd Skynyrd should change their name to the Gary Rossington Band. Don't get me wrong, this album was fantastic, but it just wasn't Skynyrd. Gary's the only original member left, and they just keep bringing in more musicians to replace the original members, which begs the question: If you keep the changing the machinery in a car, is it still the same car? Even Leonard Skinnerd is dead.

This song is garbage. They sound like Nickleback, the lyrics are lame and cliched and they come off as a bunch of whiners who can't deal with change. The REAL Skynyrd rose to fame because they were one of the few bands at the time that wasn't political. This is a cover band that happens to have one (and ONLY one) member of the "classic" Skynyrd. And has anyone even thought about how moronic it is for the "same" band that recorded Saturday Night Special to have an album called God & Guns?

Not sure if anybody notices this,

and i'm not sure if it is intentional,

but IMO this song shows the re-evaluation of their lives after the plane crash, and go back to think about what they said in "Free Bird," now realizing that what they thought life was all about (traveling, rock&roll, ect) really isn't it. They've had the best back at home the whole time, with their friends and family, and that's what it's all about.
