Rick Bayless = a REAL Mexican/Southwestern chef. Makes that Alfred E. Neuman-looking knob, Bobby Flay, look like a rank amateur.

I am Hooked on Bayless' show here in LA, CA! But he seems nicer on his show... "Are you challenged??" LOL That host was just asking for that!
