Looks more like alcohol rather than Methadone or even methamphetamine. You would be hard pressed to tell if a person was on Methadone unless you knew what to look for. Methamphetamine is a little easier to diagnose because the users are a bit hyper. This video and its title just demonstrate that we need a lot more drug education.
