yeah, it's so famous They put it on wrists bands and a guy in an anime called Hellsing called it out when he was shooting his duel guns in a crossroad of corridors "up up" when he fired both guns up one corridor *down down* when he fired his guns down another corridor and then "left right left right* when he fired in two different directions. This was a well documented video. In the case of the two boys who shot at passing cars, I think that the incident would have resulted from a combination of factors (influence of parents, exposure to real world violence etc.) and the fact that they played gta3 was just one of these factors, and probably was the trigger cause. This is a problem that the critics of violent video games neglect to consider.

I feel the gta3 kid shooters were just smart, they knew if they blamed a game they'd be ok, I wonder if those kids even played gta 3 much, if I'd been against them I would of checked their game progress and if it was only lik 2% complete, I'd walk back to the court n say "that's buuuuuulll shit". @Trojianmaru IKR, Video Games has become more like a sport, you play it for fun. When your fun is taken away by some guy, you naturally get pissed. And those kids that shot people, wtf are they on, even if they did play gta 3, they'd know that you can almost never escape a killing spree without knowing how to drive. I'm with you there, but I never had to put up with that. my blockbusters (movie n game rental store if u don't know blockbusters) are cool, when all other stores and even other blockbusters were being made to pull gta and manhunt from the shelves, I saw them off once, n then they were right back up, n when I asked they said they'd taken them down while the inspectors checked, but they thought the ban was retarded so secretly boycoted it XD god bless rebel stores
