I would steer well clear of this STILL shameful brand; the quality hasn't improved at all. Google "Skoda Problems" and you'll find almost 7 million results; seriously, do yourselves a favour and AVOID SKODA!!

@DiggermanNo1 Actually no, the Laurin Klement automobile factory caught on fire and they went into problems so they managed cooperation with "Škoda" (škoda works in english) which was factory for ammunition in Pilsen. That factory was named by its owner "Emil Škoda". So they took their name. By the way, Škoda ammunition factory was one of the things that Hitler needed to start world war, he desperetely wanted it. Many German tanks were made there.

He succeeded, thus he never thought it would happened ... allies sold their ally (Czechoslovakia) for peace and gave Hitler Ammo, engineering experts, factories ... Czechoslovakia had bunkers all over their borders and great military, but they never got the chance to fight than.
@HowkeyLL, Yes its very interesting what the Germans stole from the Czechs in WW2, most people think that Porche's history is all German but actually it all started at Nesseldorfer Works and if I remember correctly the 1st VW Beetle was based on Tatra car technology, plus MAN (as it is today) stole the Tatra air cooled engine designs....

I hope we will see some nice machines and inovations.

Chlape dobrá práce. Video hodně pěkné, hlavně se mi líbila část do roku 1945. Trochu jen škoda, že obrázky jsou´ přepínány zbytečně rychle, a tak jsem si občas musel video pozastavit, abych si stihl přečíst rok výroby a zároveň se mohlo pokochat rysy toho vozidla. Obzvlášť u těch veteránů, kde je třeba jen jeden obrázek je to škoda. Jinak pěkné 5/5.
I have 2 skoda, Fabia 1 and 120L uzovka, i was expected fabia2 with great hopes, but whe I saw the first spy-shots, and then the car, i was very disapointed, it's a mutant car, first half roomster and second half suzuki swift.

My dad had Skoda cars all my childhood and youth!
120 L, 130 rapid, Favorit 136L, and later a Felicia 1.6 glx combi, and now an Octavia!
The old rear-engined ones sounded wonderfull!
I have so many memories with this brand!
