Mu would be the equivalent to Life Virus, Gospel, Alpha, Duo, Nebula Gray and Gregar/Falzar. (in terms of being Final boss of the main story arc).

Now the bass Equivalent... I would put Rogue on there... but he also fits the Protoman role too. So it's rather confusing.
