People don't hunt them. To hunt them would imply that they kill the animal for the meat. Some people are so miss wired in the head, they get off on shooting an animal that's twice their size and bragging about it. Acting as if they dove head first into a stream and fought a bear hand to hand.

I live in Lake Mohawk a section of Sparta and I have one bear that comes around alot. Since my dog chased him up a treee I havent seen him however we have a flock or Deer that come every day for bread and chips.

Well, I beg to differ. I'll give names of a few of the many bars in Sussex County that the hunters patronize during their 'afternoon' break. Go in there and see what they are drinking. It's definitely not Shirley Temples! If the police were smart, they would park outside and wait for these so-called hunter's to get behind the wheel. It's scary to think these armed hunters are walking around the woods 'while under the influence'.
