hey =) if you open a bottle of wine how long do / can you keep it than..how long will it still be good?is there a difference how long red and white wine stay good ? and where do you store it when it's open ?=) thanks
@37mamak Well, the sooner you drink it the better. The best way to keep it is to get these wine stoppers that can be vacuum sealed. That way it will keep for quite a while. Otherwise, If it's a screw top or you can fit the cork back in it'll keep for probably about a month, but the flavor will flatten. I would give it maybe a couple of weeks if it's left open. I would store white in the fridge and red in a cool place, like a basement.
Ooooo this is a very unique recipe! I had never even heard of Tempeh before this video! And yes Bourguignon is very fun to say, but all of this time I was sayign it wrong LOL! I would love to make this, I've been wanted to try Bourguignon ever since I saw Julie and Julia , this looks very delicious! Thank you for sharing!
@ShaunieceCooks Oh, I keep meaning to go see that movie... I read the book a while ago, but I heard the movie is quite different. Anyway - glad you like the recipe, and I hope you find some tempeh to experiment with! I have lots of tempeh recipes already posted if you want to see it in different ways. Thanks for watching, hope things are going well with your videos!
This is a great recipes video! I'll cook tempeh like that next! I enjoy using wines I wouldn't like so much to drink for cooking, but I do prefer using a wine I would drink! I prefer using a wine you'd like to drink! Interesting! Whatever region! Bon apetit!
@ixkey So glad you like the recipe - you're right, I don't see a lot of vegan recipes that include wine... it adds such rich flavor. Thanks for watching!
I love cooking with wine. Sometimes it even gets into the dish.
