Well.. the owner of the gym where I train is a big guy - darkrobot.webs.com - but he once armwrestled big fat guy, he said he was not even a "hard-body" fat man, but the softest kind of fat man, and they had to stop the armwrestling match because any of them was winning. My friend the muscleman was astonished at the fat man almost winning, the pain in his arm was so much that he couldn´t lift weight for a whole week.
