That's Touring Car and GT racing, this isn't F1 where a slight rub will ping your car into the barrier. If anything what's missing from this game is that bits should be falling off the car ruining the aerodynamics & drive of the car. Also the sounds of crashing in this game are a bit hit & miss so a small tap sounds like a crunch & vice versa.
Check the speed on the wheel to see how "hard" I am hitting the AI. Though I do agree more needs to be done, make the hard hits more painful.
Looking forward to what NFS SHIFT has to offer regarding effects of impacts. I think its more of an arcade racer like GRID so won't improve on real racing skills as we have in RacePro. I do agree the impact crunch sound on Racepro does leave a little to be desired. Not looking forward at all to FORZA or TURISMO, both of them don't understand the word overkill in pure racing terms.
Yeah, I think I could do with lengthening 2nd a little as those final 2 corners are 2nd gear at the limit and 3rd is too low for carrying your speed through. Then again it could be the line(s) I'm taking as like I said I'm 4secs off the real life times.
The car is a BMW E90 320i, Andy Priaulx's to be exact. The car setup is stick apart from 1 less click of the rear wing iirc. The car is a lot more umm frisky with the reduced downforce, great fun to throw about though.
what did you use to video it?

Is there a release date for Spa and the Nurburgring?

I see RacePro doesn't include
disqualification for using other
race vehicles as extra breaking
and cornering buffers.

It will be interesting to see just how "sim" they allow that game to get.
