Only the front two knuckles or the very tip of the elbow. However having a "slimmer" arm does nothing to add to the power. also it's been proven the more you weigh the harder you can hit because you can put more weight into the blow. power comes from the hips not from an arm slim or not

The bicep is comprised of two heads the outer and inner not the bottom and top lol. The tricep is composed of three heads in a similar fashion. Bigger means more powerful end of story!! The size of the arm has very little if anything to do with the punching power. again it all comes from the hips and the actual size of the entire individual throwing the punch...
