I did misread your statement on tobacco but my point still remains. Illegal tobacco sales are a big problem in our country and the federal and state governments are cracking down on the sale of untaxed cigarettes (i.e. cheaper cigarettes). The fact that tobacco is legal has not stopped dealers from trying to make money off of it. Bullshit, drugs have been legalized (decriminalized) in a number of countries with no negative effects. Google "drug legalization by country" or read the Time Magazine article on Portugal's success after legalization by googling "Portugal Time Magazine". Well if legalization is a problem, with no negative effect, what POSITIVE has come out of ILLEGALIZATION? yea ok, then let's make alcohol and CIGARETTES illegal too!! remember how THAT worked out back '29? You're right, you might just have more drug babies, but AT LEAST the cartels will not be profiting out of the trade, and big government corruption will not creep in to assist drug lords (not in this movie but happens a great deal). Plus, when you make something illegal, it becomes "cool" to have and overuse of that thing goes up in time.

That message at the ending is complete bullshit, Drugs will continue to destroy our country if we dont look at it realisticly........ hmmm interesting..... since their are only drug dealers BECAUSE they are illegal, if all drugs were legalized you could tax the shit outta it(were currently still in an economic crisis.), prison system cleaned out (60% of all people in prison are there for drug offenses.) America has the highest rate of addiction and yet were also the most strict about drugs...

really? you think so? cause many countries in the world HAVE legalized most drugs and sell them at pharmacies without persciptions yet.... excluding 3rd world countries our rates of crime overall is 2 fold and 3 fold pretty much every single one.. we have more gun deaths, rape, murder, burglary, people in jail. almost every aspect we lose .. so... unless you want to actually do some research or back up your stupid comment with anything, i think you should go look at the numbers.

@MisterCool You obviously aren't a drug dealer, if the margins aren't good enough then it would be quite hard to make a living on it. drugs if legalized would be sold at cheaper prices then now, with better quality, variety, and availability. You are crazy if you think drug dealers would be able to compete.... Its like a small business trying to compete with a monster like Kroger. Thats just common sense, try going to college.

You are right about one thing: I'm not a drug dealer. But it doesn't take a genius (or a college graduate) to know that dealers don't limit their products to just illegal drugs. Putting prescription pills and over-the-counter medicine on the Kroger shelves has not stopped dealers from selling the same products.

I actually went to college AND graduate school but I am not going to claim to be smarter than anyone here. You seem so sure that tobacco isn't sold illegally when it happens ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!! Minors and people looking to save money often get their tobacco illegally. You don't hear about it as much because tobacco is not an illegal drug like marijuana, cocaine, heroin, etc. When you hear the phrase "War On Drugs", does tobacco ever come to mind?

I did misread your statement on tobacco but my point still remains. Illegal tobacco sales are a big problem in our country and the federal and state governments are cracking down on the sale of untaxed cigarettes (i.e. cheaper cigarettes). The fact that tobacco is legal has not stopped dealers from trying to make money off of it. Over-the-counter medicine has been purchased to make crystal meth, but these medicines can also produce a high on their own and dealers know this.
