Hey question, you know on the Treo 800w when you use "option and ok" it bring up task manager right so how do i reset mine because it says error opeing the shortcut or locating the target filename

Click start, settings, buttons. Find where the option and ok is and choose the app to open.

windows suck. they always gave me problems wit my phone. Im going to hold off on windows for atleast another 2yrs. maybe they will have fixed most of the bugs. I'll stay with my treo 755p for now. if the nokia n95 had a keyboard i'd buy it in a hearbeat. check it out, its the best phone ever. it can do everything

windows 6.5 has made some major improvements...upgrade your treo with a rom(i dont know which one or hjow intensive they are on cpu/ram but from what ive seen and tested it is great seriously)

I want blazing fast interenet but I'm not always near a wifi connection. that phone was going too fast for it not to be using a wifi connection and that sorta negates everything. I'm so sick of treo's lameness. I had them for 4 yrs (3 different models) and im bored with them. I love their product but i want somethin new and exciting and they refuse to get creative. the competition is tough nowadays and palm doesn't seem to care. I think im going to swtich to blackberry.

The comparison with the diamond wasn't exactly fair...if you had the program listed in your favorites on the diamond it would have been two taps which is essentially equal to the treo's two button presses. Either that or go into the Treo's program menu which is just the default one from windows mobile which is way clunkier.

damn that scrolling was something else but im sure the tyn 2/tilt has a registry edit or something to make it scroll faster maybe it's a sensitivity thing but i would just use my fingers to scroll anyway

I have owned a Treo 650, currently have a Treo 755p, and will own the Treo 800w when my contract runs out in December.

I'll take buttons over a touch screen anyday. I don't need a huge screen either. Function. That's my primary desire. Treo has always offered that.

I have the mogul and never use the arrows to scroll. I use either the wheel directly behind the screen or the d-pad on the left. arrows always seem too slow. even on a computer. does the tilt not allow you to scroll with either?

Wow. Overall a good review... but please don't compare a device without a keyboard and buttons to one that has one, that's retarded. If you want to be fair, compare the Touch with the Diamond... And actually try using the start menu... you know since using the fancy Manila GUI isn't the only way to launch a program. That said, I might get an 800w now because that is ridiculous how fast that was!

I'm glad you made this video because I was really concerned with the scrolling speed of the browsers on windows mobile. I've had 3 different WM phones and each one the browsing speed sucked and I had to go with Opera Mini. Great video
