Mrs.King deserves admiration --I have not finished watching this series yet so perhaps Prof. Carson mentions this--or perhaps I am wrong--so I speak under correction. I have heard that at at least one event Mrs. King refused to sit at the same table with Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer--perhaps the greatest person I have ever met. Mrs. Hamer was poor and class divisions in the Black community were pronounced--if I am wrong I'd appreciate correction--thanks.

I like this Professor. He's not abrasive - he's very gentle in his manner. I just wish that being Stanford, they would have given him some projection equipment to make his lecture more colorful. He shouldn't have to pick up a laptop to show such a small picture of Coretta Scott to the classroom. I give that a B.

@teaparty111 Coming from a teaparty supporter, your rather vision-less response is predictable. Maybe you want him to play some music and be more animated (possibly tap dance also). Come on we're all adults, some speakers are less animated, but if you're truly looking for wisdom then listen to the man and stop posting negative messages.
