thats ok i think your scary speed makes up for the miss you had because you would be able to perform this drill twice in the time it takes for most ok shooters to do it once
lol the clock didnt stop. everytime a shot is fired the clock/timer registers the time, so for everyshot the clock shows at what time that last shot was at.
@orcminion he didn't stop the clock ... the timer has a function similar to the "lap" or "split" function on a regular stopwatch ... it displayed his time after the first 6 rounds, and once it heard shots after the reload it started displaying the "live" time.
Delta hits are visible. i like the moves and the change mags. so smooth. i like also the trigger pull that is as fast as the cycle of major load. the hits may not be good to pull down the hit factor on the second shots. that was a good speed not so on accurracy. excellent mind set on rythmn, loose grip.
1st shot of the second mag was "mike" below the target. Eric Grauffel does that in 3.5 sec Full house and kicks ass. Who gives a huck if you sqeezing out the speed but dropping so many points. PF is a ruler...

@sauliusipsc I score this 1 M and a few Ds. Throw in a C to be open-minded. That's 8A, 1C, 2D, 1M or 38 pnts /3.02 = 12.5828. That's a 100%... the best El Pres ever shot. A 11.29 HF still gets him a GM level classification so at 3.02 all he had to do was score 34 pnts allowing him as many as 5C instead of only 1C. So I think you squeezed the speed out of your virtual mouth a bit too fast. To match this run - shoot a perfect 60 in 5.31 sec. We're waiting. Have been a year.
@DeadeyeSteve IF I could even run it at full 193.2 PF in 5sec I'm sure I would thorw in some C zone hits or Mikes all together... I'm not the fastest gun but I'm improving quickly.

A: In every video prior to January 2009. I could do it again if you like; side by side for a comparision of what the difference really is. Recoil is a minute part of the equation. 12 shots... recoil adding .0X to each shot. Maybe a second?

Excellent Speed. Good Reload. 6 shots a second? Nice. At my local range the plates are the size of a dinnerplate. From a concealed holster (Left handed Galco, no retention strap, just a tension screw, covered with a button down shirt or A 511 vest, HK USP 45, though I guess its cheating because of the recoil absorber on the guide rod:)...)I clear leather with my back turned at 10 yards and engage while moving latterally, I get 6 shots in 2 seconds, sometimes 1.8,but my reload putsme@5total.
Shooting el pres at 25meters? Pretty sure its meant to be 10. Anyways, its a speed excerise to test draw, reload and target change. Not presicion shooting.
Oh yeah, one more thing, let's see you even get remotely close. The goal is a sub 3 EP, with hits, period. It's a personal goal for him. You probably can't run a 10 second version. 1. Not a factory gun 2. Not factory ammo, 3. NOt Factory Holster.. 4. BARELY HIT.. BARELY.. Proven Fact.. that you can't beat three trained experts like this exercise infer's.. this exercise is a PRIDEersize.. it's tests pride. If you have tremendous pride.. this is a good exercise for you.
But you didn't hit the A zone. That was sloppy but it was fast. I should have known. We never even coun't rounds out of the A Zone because of the percentage thing.. Otherwise I'd say that was good. Look. Anyone can hit a hudge target.. try doing this on a small target.. and score a 98% and that will impress me.
Even with a miss that's fast!! Keep at it.

I shoot IDPA with Jake. He's a full time prison guard and part time cop. Nicest guy you'll ever meet, but I wouldn't want to tangle with him.

lol the clock didnt stop. everytime a shot is fired the clock/timer registers the time, so for everyshot the clock shows at what time that last shot was at.

@DeadeyeSteve No and I doubt a BG would ever know the difference. I've been looking at several 1911's in 9mm for just that reason.
I'd like to build a "game gun" in 9mm for ipsc limited but I'm also saving for some land so we know what comes first.

All shooting should be precision shooting.
I'm pretty sure it's not a double-tap if you're "tapping" air. Still, this was a lot better than I would have done at that speed.
