I watched this show and it made me cry more than once. I hate crying at movies and shows and stuff like that but this anime really made me feel sad on more than one occasion. It has drama but it is worth watching because the storyline just pulls you in and you're left with the urge to see more.

I recommend this anime. Just keep in mind to have a tissue box near you. haha.

I almost gave up on Clannad when she died, I was really rather angry, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I know it sounds lame, but I'm so used to supressing my emotions and just letting them build up, and this anime really allowed me to get them out. I take no shame in having a good cry for happiness or sadness. The anime's truly beautiful and I urge anyone who hasn't seen it to wattch it!

Before watching Clannad and Clannad Afterstory i was weak and sensitive but after watching i became ten time stronger in mental and emotion then i used too. I cried alot! Tears of sadness,tears of regreat,tears of happiness and sometime tears of humour. The anime was not some sad anime to me. To me it was a huge lesson about love. . . ..need to rewatch it XD
