This anime is "Shakugan no Shana". I'm lovin' it! A second season of Shana is broadcasting in Japan now. (My video is the ending theme for 1st season.) You can watch the episode with subtitles on Veoh.

The reason Shana and Haruhi resemble each other is because they are the characters drawn by same illustrator!!
