Listening to this, this is pretty much a remake / rebuild of the song, it's not the same instruments (kick, snare roll, guitars, sine bells) used in Miley's studio. Hence, that's also why there's no backing vocals to the song. This version does sound very close to it, very nice job re-making it to whoever did it.
