I looked it up cuz I wanted to know and I was right afterall this is Namida no Theme! the one played during his death and the one he played himself when visiting his home! and in a later scene just before discussing it with athrun as they boarded a ship before going to earth! I'm gonna try and get my hands on the seed dvd's next abunaicon! (dutch anime convention!)

Actually no you aren't correct. This is Yuujo no theme which means Theme of Friendship. And is how it is titled on the DVD which this video came from.

Namida no theme means Theme of Tears which is the theme that was played WHen Nicol died and when he was at home. THIS piece is NOT that one. It's completely different.

This one isn't Namida no theme. Namida no theme was the piece that Nicol played while he was on leave and played after he died while Athrun was at his locker. THis one IS Yuujou no theme.
