If everyone is freaking out so much look at the Deadpool comics. Cable and Deadpool had "tame" language. If you read the newer stuff Deadpool has gotten gorier and more vulger. If anything Disney made Deadpool more adult. So everyone calm down!!!! There is no reason to freak out about this. It has been two years, if Disney was going to mess with the characters it would have already done so.
I'm sure Disneyland will make room for a Deadpool, kid friendly ride right next to the Dumbo ride! Deadpool would roll in his grave if he stayed in it long enough! :P

The SHS was based on a toyline that existed in 2006. How long do people think it takes to get a show of the ground in the first place anyways? And what about everything that ISN'T SHS-you know, the things that came out AFTER the merger? Do we credit THOSE to Disney's whoring out?

Considering Time Warner owns DC Comics, this shouldn't be a surprise anyway, given that most of the Marvel shows originally aired on FOX Kids and most of that back catalog was distributed among the two companies.

I can name a few touchstone PG-13 and R rated movies. And touchstone is owned by Disney.
Sides, Marvel has been known to be just as kid-friendly as Disney, so that really isn't truly a good way to contrast them.

People Relax for Christ Sake. Don't jump to the conclusion like it automatically implying that Disney is going to ruin one of the marvel biggest franchise. It not now. If you ever heard that Disney also owned Miramax and Touchstones pictures and they make adult oriented films to compete with other studios that also make adult oriented stuff (universal, 20th century Fox, Paramount, etc.). but we have to wait and see. Considering Time Warner owns DC Comics, this shouldn't be a surprise anyway, given that most of the Marvel shows originally aired on FOX Kids and most of that back catalog was distributed among the two companies.
Besides, Disney owns Mirimax and Touchstone...two adult-oriented branches, so hopefully, Marvel will be left alone.
