If you read her faq under chargeback/dispute she says " Retaining possqession of a product and filing a chargeback is theft and will be prosecuted criminally and/or civilly to the fullest extent allowable" She has YOUR PRODUCT , and YOUR MONEY. thats more than enough to open a case.
