You should open up a webpage with a live stream of your room to let others turn your lights on and off. Just make sure you disable it whenever you're doing anything private.

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to by "connection link". Are you asking how I linked it to the internet, in terms of the coding? Or are you asking about the physical wiring.

what type of relay did you use for that?

A simple 9v relay with trigger end wired to one of the 9v power connectors in my computer's power supply. The drain and source are just wired (with the house's mains line) with a two-way light switch
