I have Windows XP myself, so I got them from the C:\WINDOWS\Media folder within XP. If you have Windows XP, you can do the same. If not, then I'm sure you can find the Windows XP sound files in a zip file somewhere on the Internet. If you still can't get ahold of them, contact me via personal message with your e-mail address and I will be happy to zip up the files for you myself!
