Hey my friend SSRI's and your valium should work to greately diminish your attacks. It fucking sucks to have those really strong attacks.. just remember they havent killed you and never will. It is so odd that we never get used to the attacks, its always im dying or going bokers or i cant take this.. let it happen scare the fuck out your self..fall on the floor nothing will happen to you.. tell it to the brain huh...You will be fine my friend.. ive had it 10yrs..just massive adrenaline dumps.
