@TnTproductions0913 You can butcher it yourself, but most people take them to butcher companies, they seperate out the meats into categories like sausage and jerkey and certain things. They give you all the meat in bags, you can keep the head to display in your house or garage or wherever. The butcher company tells you how much meat you have and that's basically about it. I don't hunt but a lot of my friends and some family do so i'm just kinda rough guessing. Hope this helped.
