I wonder why Pakistan, Mongolia, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Luxembourg, Swaziland, Sudan, Bosnia and Herzegovina and etc, why they aren't sending some of their candidates to the Miss Universe? But here in Miss Earth, they have. Why? Is that the lack of funding of their countries?

I dont know about other countries but Pakistani delegates are not sent to the miss universe, miss world or miss international bcoz these three pageants are oldest and of high standard, where they want only official delegates to participate. These pageants accept delegates from national pageants recognised by their respected government.
