You know, I made this today again, and thought me being so used to the green tea, I may prefer stronger taste.. so I hope you make your own adjustment.. and trust me, guy, it tastes so much better using the burner!!!! you need to be able to taste the hot and hard crisp..caramelized coating and its contract to the cool pudding.. that is like HEAVEN!!!
@dragateli yes, you can make this really easy! just monitor how it gets baked in the oven!! as long as it reaches to the point where texture is like tofu, a bit firmer than say cottage cheese then you are good to go! chill the pudding for at least 1 hour.. cause the contrast of texture, temperature of the caramel coating and pudding is like really heavenly!

@amaterasu48 全然めんどくさくないですよ!簡単なほうですよ!レシピは色んなレシピを研究して、自分の作り出したい味、舌触りだとかを考慮して、決めます!なので、ほとんどのビデオは最初ケーキの名前や材料の料をあまり言わなかったりしますね。作っている過程で新しいアイデアとかでてきたり、料を調整する事もあるので!料理ってラボで作業しているようなもんですよね。:)見てくれてありがとう。
