  • wow , amazing . Iam the worst cook ever , lol . but this recipe is very easy .....thanks

  • I really like these they taste like the chocolate (bounty) .I made them every month . Keep it up for your recipes

  • thry are to easy to make

  • yummmy

  • did not work for me

  • Hello! Your video is well done, very demonstrative and easy to follow.

I have a question on the coconut. If I use fresh grated/shredded coconut (which is moist), do I need to dry it first (over a pan) or just use it right away?

  • buone!

  • Wow so easy and delicious! No more searching everywhere for Raffaelle LOL! I'd love to try these with hazelnut.

  • Rafaello :)

  • @AnastasiaRoy had the same thougt :)

  • shouldnt you roast these almonds?

  • @florencelovme the brought the almonds already roasted, she said that at the start of the video.

  • I already eat these Truffles and they are really delicious better than "rocher raffaello"

  • COOL MY MUM WOULD LOVE THESE BECUZ THEY HAVE ALL HER FAV INGREDIENTS!

  • Can we try walnuts or pecans instead of almonds?

  • Hi I live in Pkaistan where condense milk is not sold. What can i use as subsitute?

  • @FabricsNThings I'm not much of a cook, but maybe you might have goat milk cream and can use honey to kind of use it to stick I guess. It might not work though

  • @FabricsNThings

    Milk powder - 1/2 cup

    Sugar - 1/2 cup

    Unsalted butter - 50 gm

    Hot water - 3 - 4 tbsp

1)Grind together all ingredients in a grinder.

You can add more hot water if it is very thick.

Your condensed milk (milk maid) is ready.

  • @derubala I would suggest double cream instead of milk powder. It will be creamy that way and rich.

  • screw this, imma go 2 the fricken store

  • i love you lady..

  • I LOVE COCONUT!

  • you most cold truffels so can rolle it easy

  • I'M A MAROCCIAN LOVER!

  • Awesome ;p

  • Im liking it a lot , can you freeze the truffles?

  • wouldn't it too be sweet?

  • CAN U USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN CONDENSED MILK?

  • @frenchsaqib sorry but u can not use any other thing than condensed milk the condensed milk is the only thing which gives this recipie a great sticky texture and chewy yummy taste

  • lol they look like ferrero raffaello.

  • after rolling the balls of mixture could i put melted chocolate on them to give them some more flavor and then put the coconut flakes on the chocolate?!

  • @Lalaloveeee actually nice idea i feel like trying it tooo

    Thanks!

  • @rebelde05281984 hi ...you can try in any indian grocery store ..............

  • yummy is all i can say very delicious and healthy dessert.

  • I made this yesterday but they were extremely sweet my mouth could not handle them. maybe cause I used the coconut with sugar in it. I did not know htre is coconut that has no sugar added.

  • sorry i cant quite get what that milk is ur using??

  • right up my alley. LOVE coconut. thnx! been looking for something exactly like this. btw, LOVE u music.

  • I don't have coconut. Can I use something else for this recipe?

  • That is so simple. I'll try this some day.

  • What I also do is cruse the almond to little peaces and then mix it with the mixture.

Or replace the almond with walnuts and the milk with honey.

Or use some crushed cookies you like and mixed it with the mixture.

Use your imagination the varieties are endless.

Its so easy. Like she said you can use hazelnut.

    why not chocolate etc

  • her voice and accent is sooo sexy... :-P

  • ummmm y wouldnt u cook them?

  • wow it soooo easy i like that....

  • Just wanted to ask, Im allergic to nuts, is there any alternatives I can put in? Thank you xx

  • hi alia can we use fresh shredded coconut. i love your recipes

  • So cool! I definitely wanna make these!!!

  • LOL... u said "coconut flakes" 12 times

  • Looks healthy for a 'sweet' snack, I make coconut macaroons quite alot and I try to keep the sugar and fat down.

Good video and recipe and I like the music, thanks.

  • Wow what a great, informative video!! Thanks :)

  • Yum!

  • That looks so good. Reminds me of a chocolate-less Mounds candy bar. :)

  • Does it tastes like raffaello or something?

  • Great VIDEO!!! I love maroccan cocnut truffles and always wanted to learn how to make them. Thanks you, now I can make my own. Do you know how to make the desert look yellow or roasted? :)

  • I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. My hands were completely covered in the mixture when I rolled them. When you roll them your hands looks like nothing gets on it. What am I doing wrong? :(

  • @livestellar

if the mixture is too sticky you may have to add a little more coconut.

other than that, you will have to wash your hands from time to time with water so that you can roll the balls easily. so dont worry, you will have stuff on your hands, it's just that I wash mine after rolling 3-4 balls.

  • @livestellar

Thanks a lot for the clip. could u please tell me if the the almonds are salted or just plain ?

  • livestellar you didnt put water on your hands so now the mixture will stick i used water and dryed my hands off alittle bit and it worked!!ps. try the water it works fantastic

  • Wow, I love this video :)

    Nicely edited and so simple!

  • Remember people, the medium shredded coconut flakes, are better than the fine coconut flakes, but in general the coconut flakes, are used in coconut flakes, which becomes coconut flakes, when coconut flakes are used in a mix of coconut flakes, you may discover that coconut flakes...

(this video is sponsored by Tim`s Coconut flakes)

  • @sidneyfight heya, I'm in England, I buy condensed milk in Sainsbury's and Tesco in the home baking dept :)

  • Hey Alia. are you really from Morocco. I don't think SO. cause you have no idea about what are you doing. So, Pleas if you wanna cook something STOP saying in Morocco this and that Because you are NOT Moroccan.

  • @situation224 did u check her passport? as long as she is teaching something meaningful its not our business to know which national she is!

  • @situation224 why the hell are talking like this to this nice lady? instead of encouraging her, you are attacking her nationality ! Moroccan or not, (although personally I find her very Moroccan) she is trying her best to spread our culture and our great cuisine. You might think she is not sticking to the original recipes, but this is normal, she has to adapt them to the western taste and not all the ingredients are easy to find outside Morocco. If you can do better, go ahead! Bravo Alia u rock

  • wow! YUM-MY!i'm trying this soon. have friends coming over for lunch !

  • Can I use coconut milk instead of condensed milk?

  • @niwdestan it would probably have to be the same gooey consistancy as condensed milk, im not too familiar with it but its pretty watery isnt it? if so then it wouldnt work

  • @niwdestan

I know you asked Alia, but i just tried making it, so heres my opinion :)

I found that you had to put a fair share of sugar in it. And you have to be more carefull when you shape them into balls. Because its more fluent. But when you put it in the fridge it doesn't take long untill they are harder. So its possible :)

I think that with the sweetened condensed milk it would be more "melthing" and buttery. But i guess a "healthier" version could be done with the coconut milk :)

  • @Milluw Thank you for letting me know! ☺

  • favorite ...............

    yummy...
