Nested Mechanical Parts Cut on CNC Plasma Table

How do you manage the smoke/dust? Also is there dross under neath, specifically where the steel support beam contacts the sheet metal? Thanks!!

What about when you're cutting all those parts and they fall down in the grate and stick up causing a collision with the cutting head, warping the part, moving the material out of index, and breaking the cutting head on the plasma cutter? Also, a parallel port connection for the computer? PPFT! They don't even put those on computers anymore. Update with some usb connection, or wireless. Also, I suggest getting some CAD experience before trying to use this.

mine says "traveling motion paused" when I'm trying to initialize. any idea how to fix that?
