Dear Andres Duany,

6yrs back I moved to American to call it home...while I yearned my heart find a sense of home, a sense of place. I exactly remember how I felt the very first day when I moved to US. Not much of that feeling has changed in years but my understandings through observation has. Your lectures broadens these understandings.

Also I would like to add that American suburbia is a product of Capitalism that thrives on the idea of making neighbourhoods CAR friendly not People friendly!

These videos are sooo relevant to me. I lived in a half-rural and half-suburban town. I was in a neighborhood, but it was separated from the majority of my friends who lived in other neighborhoods. : /
