yes the buffering prob is in this video see it as a blessing giveing you time to really take in the words and giveing you space in minds like mooji says you may find things you like or dont like your bigger than that just let it rise ejoy the moment or the movement because everthing come and goes ejoy the buffering god bless peace hope this helpssssssss .....one .......
@student61754 Nope. If you are not watching this on 240p maybe you should try it. But if that doesn't work, there are many other guided meditations by Mooji on youtube and Mooji's website. Try watching "Simply noticing" for example. My favourite recording of Mooji is an audio clip called "Remain as You Are". Just go to Mooji's website, click 'Audio' and there press 'subscribe' because there are all the audio recordings :)
@LinktothepastZ Thank you for all the great advice. Not sure what 240p is could you tell me. I have tried Mooji's site. but will try again and will try the other videos you suggested also.

If there is nothing on the downright corner of the video, double click the screen to make it bigger and then you should be able to see it. The smaller the number is, lower the quality and it buffers quicker. But it doesn't effect the sound very much.
