People who are obese watching this, might feel intimidated that everybody in the video is so healthy looking. I know they shouldn't, but visually it is intimidating. But wonderful, and yes.... I am overweight people, that is why I said it, because I feel a little like that (actually a lot! :)) But I am going to gather courage and try it. Love it!!!!!
