Thats why they shell out millions of dollars a year in welfare checks, and other things to "help" the poor. There are people who need legitimate help, and I agree that should be funded; but people who don't take personal responsibility for their actions and spend money on stupidity need to be "cut off" from funding. Government (i.e. socialism) programs have never worked. You want to see our economy coming roaring back, get government out of the way of business, both large and small. Dont overburden them with taxes and regulations. Heres a controversial though, reduce the tax on the rich (especially business owners) to 10%. Understand many of the rich are rich for a reason, they are resourceful.

It's better to use a single word than to list the principles each time he refers to them. His message is just "We should stick to our values!" and "Conservatism isn't just a Republican party ideology!" Neither of those things have any real meaning or actually say anything about policy. They're just fluff. If anything, I'd expect the conservatives who complain about Obama's "hope and change" rhetoric to also notice that this kid is doing the same thing.

No tax increase in upper tiers ever reduces the incentive to compete, because a higher salary is always more money, even if the tax rate is higher. A tax rate on the wealthy essentially shifts money from investment to consumer spending (the rich invest most of their money, poor/middle class spend it).

Government (i.e. socialism) programs have never worked. You want to see our economy coming roaring back, get government out of the way of business, both large and small. Dont overburden them with taxes and regulations. Heres a controversial though, reduce the tax on the rich (especially business owners) to 10%. Understand many of the rich are rich for a reason, they are resourceful.

this kid is not even in school he has ONE teacher his parents. He has no life experience of interaction with peers and several mentors. Kids in public and private schools have a chance at variety and choice to become their own person. They develop relationships and experience things first hand and learn. dboy... You don't have to have a lifetime of experiences to learn, understand, and promote the constitution. It applies at any stage of life. Long before Rush was around, people studied and appreciated the Constitution as a founding document.

No, I agree with jackmcfan. So far the kid has said nothing. Just repeating himself- but all politicians do that. Keep talking and talking but not saying anything.

wasted his youth? he's actually doing something worthwhile. standing for what he believes in. thats not wasting. kids these days usually dont care. they waste their lives caring whether they're opular in school or not.

its sad that there are people here double this kids age who dont understand the differences between liberal, democrat, republican and conservative... and maybe his youth is the reason hes not ignorant to basic principles and what not
