But there are supposed to be 493 pokemon, if you dont want rceus, then there should be 492, which theres only 386, plus, in the next gen, there should be new pokemon. where are they?

Its not called Pokemon Next Generation Because there will be new pokemon but because its suppsoed to be the next generation of pokemon games. Also you play as lances kids which is the next generation.

One question, I am creating my own hack and I am wondering what tool you used to change the sprites,add new pokemon and change the pokedex order.
