  • Dude working out EVERY DAY for 2 HOURS, thats is NOT the most effective way to build muscle. Its not about spending as much time in the gym as possible, you gonna be overtraining and your muscles wont have all the time it needs to rest. Just saying, if you worked out for 5 years and ever knew that Im surprised.

  • Very awesome!!! U show that everybody can achieve everything with enough determination and obsession! I am 18 and look like this (okay ur definition is even better!!!) but I am gifted with a good body. And ur the example that it isn't always a question of to be gifted (so no excuse for the lazy bitches!) - it is a question of will. Great!!!!

  • you have to have a day of to recover because when u workout ur muscles get teared and if u keep working them they are not going to be able to recover and be stronger so u will see image but u wont get any bigger or more toned

  • @aaaurinkooo as u may know my friend, diet is the key to success. So my diet is 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. 2 grams of carb per pound of bw. 0.5 grams of fat per pound of bw. If you are trying to get bigger, mass, u shall try taking 2 to 2.5 grams of carbs per pound of ur body weight. If you want to cut, more fats ( good fats) less carbs. Choose good good my friend, fish, chicken, turkey, beef, peanut butter..

  • @TheLenyy in the beginning no bro. i didnt need them at all. But when my body was in the limit already i started to use them. I use whey protein, omega 3, multivitamine, creatine, glutamine.
