no well i had some what of an idea of how to make then pose or well im not sure but here (if I dont get this right please dont write mean things) well on the mirror there are some options 1.gussy up and 2. "check self out" do that and you should have them looking at them selfs/ posing :)

well to make a fashion show, all u really need to do is make the runway, and then use the model_animation_changer hack by shaklin, and make them move where u want them to and, pose go back and thats really it, its all up to u.
