That's because "real" dubstep is different than pop music with a dubstep beat. You see, dubstep isn't only defined by the beat. Atleast.. Real dubstep isn't. Obviously there was more money to make with "pop music with a dubstep beat" (wich people also called dubstep these days) It annoys "real dubsteppers" 'cause generally dubstep and dnb got raped.
