Thanks for the encouragement Jerome! I like to play the jazz standards with improvisation. I've also been working on some tunes from Howard Levy's "Out of the Box" DVD.
Where do you find your influence when you are soloing? From previous songs, from scales and arpeggios, from target notes that you spoke of? I'm just beginning the jazz work and need to work on my basics of scales and arpeggios.
Bravo! Very clean sound! Nice to listen!

Hi Dandy. I've just subscribed - so you have to upload some more. It's very good - and delicate. Thanks!

I mainly work arpeggios and scales.
Once I feel I know the ones I need for a particular tune, I try to forget them and to play depending on what I hear.
It's a sort of mix between knowledge and feeling.

Hey Dandyharp !!
That's really great !
I'm so glad you did it ! Plus I wouldn't guess it would be so nice. Not so many diatonic harp players handle to play chromatically.
You have a lot of interesting ideas and I very much appreciate the fact that they are clearly exposed. And your musical feeling is so delicate.
Congrats !!!
If you don't mind, I put the link on a french harmonicists forum because I think they should appreciate.
Take care !
