Ah, I remember this; the first one with the steering-wheel, and, of course, the funky harmonica solo as well! NantoVision1, this arrived in sometime later (3-4 years later) in our neighbourhood than it did in the US and Canada, but I thank you for putting this on show - wonderful! :-D
@SecretTimeWarp That's actually just a coincedence...Kermit the Frog was created and named more than five years before Kermit Love started working with Jim Henson.
Did you notice in the credits the production stage manager was Chet O'Brien who later happened to play Mr. Macintosh with the fruit stand? That was something.
NICE. I was 3 at this point, in the prime of my Sesame Street watching days. TOTALLY remember the steering wheel, I used to think it was from my parent's '66 Mercury.

Nice to see Kermit Love's name in the credits - the man who (obviously) inspired the name of a particular Muppet!

I wonder who played the harmonica.

@JillmanVideo The harmonica was played by Belgian jazz musician Toots Thielemans.

@NantoVision1: Thanks for the info! No wonder this particular rendition of the Sesame Street theme stuck to my head as a kid.
