who in the world would have that beautiful home with a dinning room table with FOLDING CHAIRS. I'm poor as a church mouse but a dining room table with chairs is the first thing I bought.

If you look at the pictures again you will see that in addition to removing excess furniture which by the way IS home staging, the concrete floor is cleaner due to power washing, the back wall and back door were painted, and fresh flowers planted.

Well thats a bit obvious, remove the broom and the patio furniture!! Thats hardly home staging!! Its called a good tidy up!
