Disney has in essence told the parents of the missing woman that they can't share any information with them because "the investigation is ongoing." Because the plodding, do-nothing Bahamas Maritime Authority has sole jurisdiction over said "investigation", look for this to turn into yet another one of the many permanently unsolved disappearances that have occured on Bahamas-registered cruise ships and for Disney to move to muffle any continuing media attention to it as quickly as possible.
