Are you talking about the Death Seal Jutshu?It's quite a powerful move do the special twice and kill the enemy without wasting chakra but minimal life damage.

It is optional I heard one with the english voices as well. Im good ethier way I dont preally care what language it is in.

yeah there are alot more minigames(or maybe for the 1st time) theres the Shikamaru one, running up a tree, racing Rock Lee(or Gai Sensei) in a Hand Stand race(walking on hands)and probably more, there is also an RPG mode (like running around talking to ppl)
