No Actually it is an eyeliner. They have a seperate line of products that is for your eyebrows.

Your eyes and eyelids are the same shape as mine, and i dont wear contacts but the outter corner of my eyes water a lot as well, i cant connect my liner either x_X i dont really care for cover girl palettes. i've bought a few and the pigment is just not bright enough for me, i really like the mabeline palettes. they're so much more pigmented! great tut though. those sponges are so under appreciated these days. haha.

i love the fact that your not all ... prissy abotu buying high end make up i love my usual drugstore stuff. and i do think it's as good i mean if you have the talent to put on make up any brand should be workable! :) I'm really enjoying your videos you're so sweet and interesting to watch! thanks for sharing!

whenever i use a spongetip applicator i find that dabbing works better, it surprises me :)
