  • @bigtoyota479 Yeah.

  • shifting like old woman :Dv kidd

  • how bout "fuck no" slow ass shit bike

  • so ... what car were you in?

  • how tall is the rider?

  • @Cybanez you can sometimes flip off the bike if you don't use the clutch

  • @youngsoldier93 Yeah, no. Not gonna happen.

  • i like the way you rode it !

  • should try shifting without the clutch... You'll be a little quicker.

  • fat fag

  • @ajones6302

really? you do relize redline starts at 14k right? yea dude i have a 250 also

  • nice tight pants not

  • fatass

  • wow, well there goes them rings. i followed my break in period on my 2010 and i have 37k miles with no problems. hell i have a 120 mile round trip every day and only problem i had was the windscreen started making a noise, nothing a rubber washer wont fix

  • @tapap84 Search for the "Rocket Man" engine break in technique.

The old 5000 mile, 5000rpm method doesn't work too well for modern engine materials.

    Plus, with a newer Ninja 250, you're stuck at 35 to 37mph at 5000rpm in 6th gear.

  • Not sure what the exact "hard breakin" process is but there is a website that does go into detail about it... Basically you warm it up off the lot to a nice road or highway then almost red line it in each gear, completely let off gas for the bike to slow itself and repeat the process.... There are a lot of the metal shavings that are still inside the engine and getting an early oil change after you've loosened it up is a good idea.

  • Guy in car: Ey lets see if this bike can beat my car, Passenger: alright letts see!

Guy in motorcycle these basterds wanna race? Speeds up ...

Guy in car haha damn he kicked our ass

    Passenger: haha fuk yeah

  • sure you should ride it lower than 6k rpms (depends on bike) for umm dunno probaly like the guy said(3k miles), read the brochure next time :)

  • america...FUCK YEAH

  • bitch cant go down, too fat

  • guys calm down, I know there is a breakin but he wasnt even getting on it that hard. i bet he was shifting at about 7. I had one of these and they scream out 14 thousend and i mean scream. they get really loud and high pitch and this thing was barely on it

  • The proper break in method is debatable, it depends a lot on the riding style you plan to have after break in. HOWEVER, the bike will come with extremely light oil from the dealer because they expect you to follow your break in procedure. If you're going to do a high rpm break its a MUST to put heavier oil in first.

  • lol "Fuck yeah!" I wish my bike could go 0-40 in 30 seconds...

  • @heroes91092 bike was still in break in process therefore you have to stay under 6k rpms and by the sound of the bike in this video he sure followed that rule

  • @razten95 I don't have to keep my bike under 6k rpms lol. So idk what ur talking about

  • @heroes91092 do you even know what the break in process is ?

  • @heroes91092 actually the 250r 0-60 is 5.3 seconds ...

  • @venom400 lol yeah i could tell

  • no one cares about the 2008 one

  • bike is way too small for you.

  • 10 minutes and you already know how to shift that fast! im planning to get a 250 soon, i doubt ill be ableto shift like that lol

  • This video makes me want to fart

  • fatty

  • @darryloake The reason why they do isn't a misconception its for the fact that in the engine are high spots, they are seated fine. Its just it wears out the Highspots (invisible to the Human eye) so the engine runs smoother (hence why they feel so tight to begin with).

also if you redline them asap and something fudges up, they will check the error codes on your ECU and see if you've been redlining it. therefor warranty dosn't cover it.

  • @wardy92

Obv your mom was a retard and should have swallowed you before you were born!!

  • @kegstandkyle

Dont be fucking stupid, its like you're comparing a V8 to a 4-cylinder.

  • @Shorty15c4007 but the 250r is a 2 cylinder

  • Yeah a good break in is about 1000 miles or so... After that most of the internal parts have been broken in... Just change the oil every 1000 miles or so until around 3-4000 miles to get all the metal shavings out..... As for the ninja 250... waste of money if you ask me... My zx12r would rape the shit out of that thing!!

  • @kegstandkyle obv with it being a 1200 vs 250 fucking retard

  • @kegstandkyle

That's a valid point. On a similar note, my Lockheed SR-71 stealth jet would rape the shit out of your ZX12R.

  • @flashguru007 sounds like a jet?

  • its called hard break in

  • sooooooo fucking sloww

  • fuck sake u dont have to run engines in nower days its just advice they give you stop whinning the fuck on

  • @Civicboy1991 ok you obviosly dont know anything about motorcycles.. your not suposed to go fast at all until you pass about 1500 to 3000 miles depending on the bike or you can seriosly damage it

  • @popopop824 well i could tell you abunch of shit you wouldnt understand unless you have done motorvehicle engineering etc so im not going to argue with you so shhhhhh

  • That's cool, I can see a fatass riding a skinny bike...

  • @Illuminatus2121 They're really not fat.

  • @MusicRAWRness Who are you talking about?

  • @Illuminatus2121 The person riding the bike. They're not fat.

  • @Illuminatus2121....he's flossing his ass

  • You're an idiot! You have to keep it under 4000 rpm for the first 500 miles!!!!!!!

  • @TheZero1777 No you don't.

  • get 3000 miles into that bike before you go pushing your whip like that. your engine could get fucked up brotha'

  • Hahaha!! I love it! Someone trying to race in a 250!! lol!!

  • HAHAHA! Fuck yeah??? have u ever even been outside ur fucking house?. i can pedal a bike faster than that.

  • @deathtoamerica3 hahaha

  • Your too fat to be riding a bike..

  • @drewdeluxe You clearly pay no attention to people that ride motorcycles

  • i cant wait to get a 250..i want the black on or green one....nice ride dude..the rest of u,stop aruging already.everyone sounds like a freakin baby.

  • @MegaJosh21 Get the black, I got mine a few days ago. Black helmet, black leather jacket, black gloves, black jeans and boots. Everyone will check you and your bike out. Don't think they make green in the new models now, but they look nice as well.

  • every time he changes gears it looks like he has a massive hiccup hahaa!

  • most fucking and stupid rider :( bullsshit

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA. Im pretty sure you dont move your whole body when shifting gears. (as seen in this video)

  • slowww

  • is that a thong exposed?

  • oviously alot of people in here have never had vehicle with a new or rebuilt engine. cause you guys are spouting BULLSHIT regarding breaking

  • I own a ninjetta...

    WHAT A FANTASTIC BIKE!

  • everyone bitching about break in doesn't know anything except how to read a manual, easy break in is NOT the only way to break in an engine. there is the easy break in which gives you the longest engine longevity, but it will not rev as quickly as possible. The "drive it like you stole it" break in, where you get the worst longevity but it will rev quickly, then there is the happy middleground, reving it about 2/3 up the tach and letting off the throttle and letting the engine slow the revs

  • please tell me that ninja driver isnt giving it full power... cuz if he is thats pretty weak.

  • @SmakkdownSarpunch its a 250 dipshit, what do you expect?

  • Question: Where does the pillion sit?

  • get her off that motorcycle with those freaking tennis-shoes

  • uh, if its ten minutes old then the engine will melt into shit in no time

you gotta break it in lol

  • @rarerrac i thought the exact same thing while watching this video after i looked at the description and saw it said the bike was 10 minutes old. wow is all that can be said to this kind of stupidity...

  • that looks cool

  • So I guess we're ignoring the break-in, huh. haha just being a stickler.

  • @shadeshadows haha I thought the same thing

  • im getting my bike licence soon and am looking to get a 600 , but do you recommend i start on a 250 , i have little experience atm but im not sure , and i have seen this bike and its a beauty!

  • @goonballer The 250 is always recommended because most people lack common sense. If you aren't a knuckle head and you learn to respect the bike as soon as you sit on it, you can start off on any bike you want dude. The urge to wanna open up the throttle is the only reason why the 250 is recommended. Once you experience a bit of the 600 power, you will pee a little bit and if your smart, you'll respect the bike from there on out. If not well you better trade it in for a 250. be smart, ride safe.

  • @IngloriousSob cheers man , ill get a 250 :P

  • @goonballer man im in the same boat as you. i have had experience tough but just with like 125cc scooter i think it is that i have, and riding dirtbikes a lot when i was a kid. and sat on a 250 and 600 as well. they are both Very comfortable, but right now i have been watching a lot of vids for the kawa zx6r and gsxr600 cause thats what i was gonna get out of one of those and they are going so fast it make me want to, so im thinking og getting a 250 to start out with so i to be cont.

  • I just kept waiting on the crash, but sadly that never came.

  • revving like a jackass and changing gears without the clutch is not the right way to break in a new bike

  • @saltedsidewalk If you look closely enough, he did use the clutch.

  • shit that thing fuckin hauls assssssss..... NOT

  • slöööööö

  • Mmmmh, maybe you should ask this question to yourself, you don't even know how to write properly.

  • blah a 250? why? It's like masturbating without ever finishing.

  • @IngloriousSob I'd much rather learn how to control a bike early on, then upgrade to a 6 or litre bike, and blow by someone in the long run cause they'll be face down on the pavement for being ignorant. You think the MotoGP guys just jumped on a racing bike and had at it? EVERYONE STARTS SOMEWHERE. Quit hating!

  • @tqmidget85 ya well you already seem speed hungry so the 250 is a good idea. being new to riding and having a urge to speed like that on a 600 only causes problems.

  • @tqmidget85 Even when they start on a 250 most people still upgrade too fast and cant properly ride a 600.

  • I've been looking at this bike, but everyone I see riding it looks odd because the bike seems small.

  • Never do too much revs with a brand new bike... stupid

  • @Toxickiller142 are you a rutard?

  • lixo

  • the camera car had no problem "keeping up" lol

  • Thats sounds like short shifting to me, probably not revving that high at all.

  • schonmal was von einfahren gehört?

  • didn't te dealer tell you not to ride it over 6000 rpm for the first 3 thousand miles?? are you having problems with your engine now?? if not then you are lucky

  • @kurdi82 lmao no 1 listens to that nonsense 3000 miles is a ridiculously long time and no one wants towait that long

  • @kurdi82 i think they tell you that so you dont crash trying to show off. the real break in occurs in the first 60 miles

  • @kurdi82 big misconception my friend. they tell you that as a precaution but when the dealership got the bike right after they finished the assembly(they dont arrive at the dealer fully assembled) the techs take them out and run them to redline. they have to make sure eveyrthing is working properly. the soft breakin period is for the clutch and drivetrain more than the motor. theirs tons of info out there that you can read about breaking engines in hard so the engine internals seat properly

  • @kurdi82

actually revving it up and putting load on the engine at variable rpms is better for the engine and helps seat the rings properly during break in

  • @kurdi82

    Why not?

  • @kurdi82 Ever heard of a hard break in? Maybe you should look into it. That's the proper way to break in an engine.

  • @blackbeltbeatdown Gotta get those piston rings sealed with high RPM's. Not for too long, but occasionally, it isn't going to kill the bike.

  • @kurdi82 Its extermly hard to stay under 6000 RPMs, I change gears at around 7, for the first 300 KMs (150-200 miles) I road it normally, than road it hard.

  • @kurdi82 Forumboy007 did not read owner manual... He'll have probems.....

  • I rent this new one for 10$ per day, here in Thailand. But anybody know where fuel control?

  • Ninja: the most affordable fun you can have on 2 wheels!!!

  • 10minutes old and u fuck it like this. FAIL

  • It didn't look or sound like he was beating on it that hard... they are only going like 40 when he lets off in 6th...

  • Such a sweet bike, but it's just unfortunate that in 6th gear from a rolling start i'da smoked this car in my g1000.

  • he's running it how it's meant to be broken in. google break in secrets.

  • I will never buy a used bike for this reason.

  • I'm thinking of buying a Ninja 250r as my first motorcycle. Should I get a smaller one or is it okay?

  • @noname69690 the ninja 250r's r good beginner bike as long as ur comfortable on the bike it would be really good they have really good fundamentals as far as leaning and other things they r not hard to bring up around a curve (not a wheelie) as in like stand the bike back up from a lean and so on and so forth hope i helped ya ride safe ride smart and have fun

  • @copeblack4life Thanks a lot about the info. I'm not intrested in doing tricks, at least not yet. All I wanted to know if 250r is a safe bike for a begginner. Thanks again. Have a nice day :)

  • @noname69690 The 250r is considered a motorcycle for the beginners, so yes.

  • @noname69690 you'll enjoy a 250 - buy it used. it is designed as a beginners bike, pretty much a bicycle with a motor. =) its a dummy proof motorcycle. damn near impossible to do anything stupid on this, unless of course you are blind.

    have fun, ride safe.

  • @yourkennedy How much you think would a used ninja with no more 10.000 km cost?

  • @noname69690 depending on the year - around here (minnesota, US) a 2007-2009 would go between $1500 and $3000. of course that is because there is a lot of supply and demand here for newbies. But of course that varies from place to place, i'm not sure what they sell for over seas.

  • @yourkennedy 3000$ sound great! Although I'm not sure if I can find a 250R in good condition with less than 2500 euro, here in Greece.

  • @yourkennedy i just payed R$15000(about U$7500) on mine 2010 Ninja 250r here in Brazil ^^

  • u didnt break in the bike yet :(

  • fuck yea ninjas awe awesome

  • Fcking muppet has no clue about running an engine in.

Benefit of running the engine in properly = More power..better mpg..engine lasts longer than a bike/car that wasn`t run in properly.

  • 10 minutes old ???? and you aready destroyed it

  • lmao was that a race?

  • 10 minutes old...so much for the break-in period.

    poor engine :(

  • jeans.....well lets hope you dont fall off, or i hope you like skin grafts xD

  • 10 minutes old and you're pushing it like that? O_o

  • @tomazws

hoooly fuck dude, you stole the words from my mouth, fuckin REEETARD why are you driving the BIKE SO HARD!!!! ur an idiot, i hope you dump ur bike an die..

  • cool ...

im planin 2 buy one but lost between the green or the black !!??

  • @rainofthepast green

  • @rainofthepast GO BLACK MAN they look more buff like a bigger bike.

  • way to break it in correctly...

  • well... this bike is nice... but not really fast... well that s because it s an "entry-level" bike

  • @MusicScoutMunich is it possible to take off the limiter on it so you can hit higher speeds? Just wondering because I'm new to the whole bike scene.

  • hehe^^... there is no limiter on this bike... it just got 33 hp ... it cost about 4700€ (4000 -4200$?!) ... so with this bike you can just go about 170 km/h (106 m/h)...

  • Comment removed

  • @MusicScoutMunich idk email if me if u find out

  • 10 minutes old and you're driving like that? Don't you need to run in the engine the first 500-1000km?

  • If you are Spanish, it's called a Ninya...

  • What kind of car is racing the ninja?

  • this bike need some one who is thin and under 6 ft

  • nice starter bike.

  • A squid To a 250? You don't need gear but a helmet and some gloves. If you fall you'll eat shit either way it goes. I think 600 cc's + needs gear to race

  • Reptarkoto, I take it you drive cars?

What you think is wrong, even on a 50cc which can drop you off at 50mph in some cases, you still think you dont need gear?

I put pull leathers on even going to work which the roads are up to 40mph.

Although 600cc bikes can do 140mph, it doesnt meen you will be doing that.

I fell off on my vfr400 at about 40mph and got back up only to drive off.

If i was wearing jeans and a jumper this might not off been the same as my leathers were pretty fucked up!

  • Indian Larry died @10 mph because he had no gear on. I think people forget that it isnt just about the speed that kills you!

  • @REXON64 i fell off my MZ ES 250 at 30-35 mph..jeans and no leathers..just gloves+helmet+a normal leather jacket...was pretty fucked up..........

  • @Reptarkoto Asphalt doesn't care if you are riding a scooter, a ZX-14R, or a Ninja 250R. The end result is the same if you don't have gear on. Probably still going to the ER, but with a lot less road rash. Wear the gear. And every rider needs gear to "race". You don't get on the track otherwise.

  • these bikes are fun. I love my cbr 600 but i still take my 250 out for a spin every so often.

  • Drools O.o I want it. I seen a used one for 3200 $ CLEAN private seller 6,xxx miles damn it I dont have a licence for it but i want the damn thing NOW just so i can shine it while I wait.

  • 10 mins old? way to take it into the high RPM's despite what the owners manual says...

  • gay, the kids in the car are saying fuck yea like a ducati just drove by

  • Ninjas are awesome, thats why. Hell, even a scooter deserves a cheer. Anything on 2 wheels is better than 4.

  • touche

  • @mouse743 Oh come on now sir...I am a car enthusiasts and I have full respect for 2 wheels as much as 4 wheels. Both have their fun points. Sad thing is, cars nowadays are SOOO heavy and a lot aren't fun in tight corners....I am highly considering getting a Ninja250r....or a Honda Rebel...

  • @mouse743 not until u get into a crash

  • @mouse743 whots wrong with a scoot i pwn yamaha r1 turbo with my malossi big bore aerox mapaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaapamapampampampampampmapmapa

  • @mouse743 i couldn't agree more!

  • @mouse743 No. NOT EVEN A SCOOTER! ONLY NINJA :-) Because a anything on four wheels makes a scooter look like a bitch ride. And any motorcycle makes anything on four wheels look pussy. So scooter is the lowest of the low. Even though they are efficient and more safe than a motorcycle I give them that. But you can't pull no hot girls on scooters!

  • @305Alpha the motor exhaust hands signal

  • maybe that's cause they know the guy?

  • what the hell?

    its sounds...

    AMAZINGG !!???

what exhaust did you use ?

  • looks like the stock exhaust but chopped... i concidered doing that but put a yoshi on mine, check out my channle to see.

  • 10 mins old thats dope man
