@BlackMaskStudios actually hima-papa's (the author and his nickname given by fans) art has improved since he started out xD (example: hetaween event if you've seen it.. compared to his early works) Although i'll 100% agree with you the studio deen (anime)'s art is.. just.. not as good. ^ u ^; so must editors use fan art.. (there are so many to.. so there is always new material to work with)
@itzMiracle I've actually noticed the improvement of the manga a lot. But it feels like you can never make serious AMV's with Hetalia's actual footage just because there isn't a ton of effort put into it. I'm not saying that they're lazy, but the animation is very simplistic. But the fan art is always SO cool to check out. Peeps out there have major talent. :D

Most scenes reused and animation doesn't even show you the whole body sometimes.. just busts and talking. I guess thats why when it comes to Hetalia most Editors work with the art. I agree with the fan art! Some are just.. oh gosh captivating! {sorry if I'm making this out in a conversation.. xD just this topic fascinated me..}
