@mrbluenun medications only solve imbalances of certain chemicals in the brain (serotonine, dopamine etc) and this makes you feel better, but once you stop taking them there's a good chance you'll go back to where you were before. So you should really seek out the cause of your problems and find a way to solve them (and Dean is awesome at helping with that :D). Now i'm not against medications, but they won't magically solve your problems, they will help though (energy, motivation etc...)

BUUUUUT I think that the whole issue of self esteem can be totally gone and replaced with 'self efficacy' should people put in the time to realize that playing the character of person is the basis of self esteem. its an illusory character anyways. i totally agree bro althogh i will say sometimes it is easier to analyz the situation of an outside source rather then our own selves such as it is easier to pick up that your friend / partner ect is judging you on the points you said but harder to realize we ourselves are doing it till we rethink over the situation at a later time

Would be nice to hear your vews on The chaos theory. This was the ultimate self development for me. It started with The Joker in Dark Knight and now i am completely free. I try to understand people's feelings but I think they don't understand mine. Often I am caught being outstripped or out from reality while drinking in pub or smth and often people assume that I am sad or boring or miserable but the truth is that I think about how my riff should evolve or how bad is the situation in Libia or Egypt =S My face shows different emotions than I hide inside so I become a weirdo for many.
